Black Cedar Lake House

A hundred years ago this building was the hotel on the lake — the place families came to for a week on the water, where the porch filled up at dusk and dinner was a long table with family and friends around it.

The hotel closed generations ago and the house went quiet. We have lovingly put it back into service: seven bedrooms made up and ready, three baths, 2 kitchens to feed a crowd, and the same view of the water that brought people here in the first place.

It rents by the week, to families and friends, and every stay starts with a conversation.
