Rates below are for the whole house — all seven bedrooms, up to fourteen guests. The rate is a flat house price, with every fee shown up front.

- Cleaning fee, quoted with your dates.
- Refundable damage deposit, returned within seven days of checkout.
- Michigan use tax where applicable.
Terms
- One-week minimum; check-in at 4pm, checkout at 10am.
- Half due to hold the week, the balance 30 days before arrival.
- Full refund on cancellations more than 60 days out.
Rates are current for the 2026 season and confirmed in writing before any payment.

Send your dates
Pick an arrival and departure on the request form and tell us who is coming. It takes two minutes.

We talk
We reply personally — within 24 to 72 hours — to confirm the week is open, quote the full amount including cleaning and deposit, and answer whatever you need to ask.

Reserve
Once the week is confirmed in writing, a lease is prepared and the payment link is sent. Payment comes after that conversation.
