This page is for guests whose dates the owner has already confirmed. If you are still arranging that conversation, start with a date request — everything here applies once your week is confirmed in writing.

Before you pay

Your dates must be confirmed in writing by the owner.
You should have a quote covering the rate, cleaning fee and damage deposit.
A lease is prepared as part of the booking process. Half holds the week; the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Full refund on cancellations more than 60 days out.

Online payment opens once your week is confirmed. The owner will send you the payment details directly.

Payment is handled entirely on a secure hosted payment page. Your card details stay with the payment provider and off this website.
